• You are entering into a lawful consumer-broker relationship with Only Way Realty GSP as may be defined by state law.

• Only Way Realty GSP also explicitly authorizes MLS employees, MLS members, or their duly authorized representatives to access Only Way Realty GSP's website for the purposes of verifying compliance with MLS rules and monitoring the display of Participants' listings on Only Way Realty GSP's site.

In addition to the above terms, registered users also agree to Only Way Realty GSP's general Terms and Disclaimers which apply to all users of the Only Way Realty GSP website.
